Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
