1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders)
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
